Function: getDeviceCryptoFileHost

用于访问加密文件，访问流程为：先调用cryptoFileManager.getDeviceHost接口获取host、port、token参数。然后通过https://{host}:{port}?fileUrl={encode(url)}&token={token} 的地址来正常访问此加密文件，客户端会下载url对应的加密文件，并解密后返给web。（仅支持有乐）
